Union minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Giriraj Singh prompted scientists to perform more research study on cow dung, recommending that this might make it financially practical for farmers to keep their cows even after they have actually stopped producing milk.
“Stray livestock is a significant issue in Uttar Pradesh,” Giriraj Singh stated at a workshop for vice chancellors and veterinary officers from 12 states here on Monday.
Giriraj Singh was recommending that if farmers can generate income out of cow dung and urine they will not desert their livestock.
“There is immense scope of worth addition to milk, dung and urine of the cow that would eventually add to the economy of the nation,” Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Giriraj Singh stated.
Giriraj Singh stated if the input expense of farming decreases, towns and farmers would progress.
The BJP leader even more stated he followed the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi, Ram Manohar Lohia and Deendayal Upadhyaya.
“Just like people keep in mind the teachings of Gita, Quran and Ramayana, I practise the perfects of Gandhi, Lohia, and Deendayal Upadhyaya,” Giriraj Singh said.
