Passenger vehicle exports increase 5.89% in Apr-Dec; Hyundai leads with 1.45 lakh units

The South Korean car manufacturer exported 1,44,982 units to abroad markets during the period under evaluation, up 15.17 per cent over the same duration last fiscal. Ford India’s foreign dispatches stood at 1,06,084 units throughout the April-December duration, down 12.57 per cent from a year-ago duration. Nissan Motor India delivered out 60,739 systems during the period, up 39.97 per cent from very same period last financial. Volkswagen India exported 47,021 systems in April-December period, followed by Kia Motors India which dispatched 12,496 systems.
